I love sleep. I love to sleep anywhere I can, whenever I can. Lately though, it has been hard to sleep. It's the 8th day of the heat advisory down here and being 7 months pregnant I'm constantly in a heat advisory so sleeping has been rough. My pregnancy pillow makes me so sweaty and I'm so congested from the A/C being on and a fan right on us. I need to find some good tips for sleeping better. Any good ideas?
